All the products sold by Blooming Golf have a 12 months guarantee policy from the day of purchase. The guarantee covers any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of manufacturing process.
Damage or faults occurring as a result of wear and tear, misuse or accident is not covered by the Blooming Golf guarantee policy.
If the product is still under guarantee, please contact Blooming Golf as soon as possible at: return@bloominggolf.co.nz with the reasons of the fault. Blooming golf will contact you as soon as possible with the best solution available (full refund or similar product exchange).
The faulty product must be returned to Blooming Golf after obtaining a return reference number from us.
The cost of sending the faulty product to us will be refunded with a limit of $20.00 (Proof required).
In the case of full refund, the full amount will be refunded after satisfactory return and inspection of the faulty product.
In the case of similar product exchange, the new product will be sent free of charge to the customer after satisfactory return and inspection of the faulty product.
